The PC Services specialist team were subcontracted to install comprehensive interior and exterior packages to the residential build.

The internal package included a full drylining system consisting of Thermal boards and MF Ceilings; they also installed the internal partitions within the buildings. For the exterior package PC Services applied a through coloured render system to the walls.

Gun Wharf Quays is a prestigious redevelopment of the ex HMS Vernon naval diving depot into residential dwellings as well a large shopping complex. The redevelopment programme has been planned across 7 years.

The works on this project included both an exterior and interior package. Externally a Pyrok board was applied with Metsec Structural Framing which was then coated with Sto. On the interior a Knauf MF system was applied with 70mm stud work.

The PC Services team, approved Sto licensed applicators, provided a durable METSEC and Sto application to the exterior.

On the interior PC Services custom designed a drylining package for each building and supplied a floor screeding package incorporating a self levelling Gyvlon system to suit the specification, budget and timescale of the project.

The Paramount project involved the redevelopment of an old concrete building in the heart of Swindon into prestigious, high-end apartments

The PC Services team applied a METSEC and cementitious particle board framework to the exterior of the building followed by a Sto covering to enclose the shell and core of the original concrete structure. They developed a bespoke drylining package for the interior to meet the high specifications required for the Paramount scheme.

This project involved the conversion of a grand period hotel into luxury residential apartments. This was a challenging project as Parsons Construction Services had to be consistent with the period’s internal features e.g. ceiling roses. The apartments were finished to such a high standard they have since been featured by the BBC.

The works included a complete internal dryline package with Metal Stud Partitions, Wall Linings and Suspended Ceilings.
