HM prison in Winchester is currently undergoing major refurbishment works with improvements to custody changes and health care facilities. A new visitor’s complex is also being constructed and pedestrian access at the main gate is undergoing improvement.

On this project PC Services applied a dry-lining system and plastering to the interior. The project was completed on time and within the given guidelines.

In 2003 Warings Contractors were awarded the £8 million contract to convert the existing Lille barracks at Aldershot into accommodation blocks, stores and workshops. The barracks are being converted for use by the Mechanised Infantry Battalion.

On this project PC services carried out the plastering to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Arun Community Church joined forces with the government initiative Sure Start to build a state-of-the-art community centre in 2002. The centre comprises of a single storey building with a number of different areas and uses including training and meeting rooms, offices, a 50 place nursery and a courtyard garden.

PC Services was contracted on this project to install externally a Metsec wall system and Sto white render. Internally they erected stud partitions, plasterboard and applied a dry-lining package. The centre was officially opened in May 2005.
