PC Services has partnered with Warings on many successful projects. The hotel, located on the Ariadne site, at the eastern end of the Gunwharf Quays development has 130 bedrooms with bathroom ‘pods’. It serves the 6 million annual visitors to the Quays.

The work on this project internally comprised of MF Ceilings and metal stud partitions. Externally a coloured K Rend was applied.

PC Services is providing external build solutions for Gleeson on their first contract together at the new Leisure Centre in Crawley for Crawley Council, the largest building of its kind in the South of England.

PC Services is enclosing the outside of the building with a Metsec and Pyrok cementitious board covering which features a unique curved wall. When finished later this year, the leisure centre will offer an Olympic swimming pool with moveable floors and booms, a 12 court sports hall, climbing wall, fitness suite and an indoor bowls hall as well as many other sports and leisure facilities.

CLIENT | Harold Hillier Gardens

Sir Harold Hillier founded the Hillier Arboretum in 1953 with the Hampshire County Council given ownership of the gardens in trust in 1977. Today the gardens hold the greatest collection of hardy trees and shrubs in the world and covers 180 acres.

PC Services was contracted by Kier, with whom they have partnered with on many successful projects, to apply dry-lining packages and MF Ceilings to the new visitor and education pavilion. PC Services also undertook the plastering internally. The pavilion was officially opened in 2003, the garden’s Golden Jubilee year.
