Case Study: Mill Court, The Sawmills, Durley
September 2005 saw the completion of
the final phase of redevelopment of the old sawmills site at Durley,
Hampshire by PC Developments. Working in conjunction with well respected
local construction firm, PC Services, the five new office units are now
ready for sale/to let with one unit already being pre-sold to a local
surveying firm. The regeneration of this brownfield site began in 2001
