through to final fitting-out and the handing over of the keys.

Case Study:
Sunny Bank Farm, Ropley
In early 2004, PC Services was contracted by local businessman, Mr J Wheatley, to convert a number of timber dairies,
which originally stood on the site, into three industrial office units. The £1 million project began in March
2004 and was completed eight months later in January 2005. The industrial units, covering 30,000 sq ft in area, were
of conventional build with a portal steel frame, face blockwork and tin cladding. The design was conscious of the
surrounding environment with natural colours and materials used where possible. The industrial units have proved popular
being currently under lease to a variety of tenants including electrical contractors and a property management company.
